The proposed project, as submitted; is in accordance with the Criteria for Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if ..your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location are described as follows: Construction of a roof�OY7 Pxiating-� i1e-n°!�, extending the roof over the deck, and replacing the porch. The location is described as Lot #18 of the Broad View Subdivision off SR1320 on lower Broad Creek; Pamlico County, N. C. This certification of. exemption from requiring a CAMA Minor Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
