your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for.
.a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. 1
The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the �1
enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor
development permit. However, if your plans should change you wil17
need to contact this office before proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:.
Construction of a 41 x 60' pier with a 10'x 30' "T" at your
property off Creek Point Road on Upper Broad Creel: in the Ree.lsbora
Coi=unity of Pamlico County,.N. C.
This certification' of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, . a re , -examination of the project and project• . site may be
necessary to veneW this certification.
