a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act...
The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance.with the j

This certification of exemption from requiring a cr'MA permit 3s`
valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be
necessary to renew this certification.
Please be advised that a building permit from the Pamlico County
Inspections Department is required before construction is begun.
