We have reviewed the information submitted to,this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for
a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act.
The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the
enclosed criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need to contact this office before proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:
Placement of a 14, x 76, mobile home to be used as a single-
family residential dwelling in the Paradise Shores Subdivision on
Nethercut Road on Buxton Creek; Whortonsville, N. C. - Pamlico
County.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is !'
valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be
necessary torenewthis certification.
