Issued to Sea. 11 7 V i l as authorizing development in N!nnPsntt ,at_ Cniintry CZuh nrivc off y ,y 306 as requested in the permittee's application dated 70105194 nn the Np,1SP R i ,P r This permit, issued on 10/18/94 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. 1. Permittee must take all necessary precautions to prevent any sedimentation or foreign debris from entering any ditches, guts, creeks, streams or bays. 2. Permittee must provide adequate ground cover within 30 days of com- pletion of the project to prevent any erosion. 3. Permittee must obtain all necessary building permits prior to beginning construction. 4. This permit authorizes only the activity specifically mentioned on the application and site drawing originally submitted for this project. 5. Any further land disturbing activity may require additional permits prior to beginning the activity. G. Permittee must notify the L.P.U. upon completion of the project to allow for inspection for compliance of the applicable Code regul- ations, etc. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. Local Permit Officer (signature) This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on December 31, 1997 In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consis- tent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
