C. 28571 RE: EPN #2010 for Property Tax Parcel OK071-74-21 Site inspection: 9/28/94 Dear Mr. Love: We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: Construction of an 8' x 30' platform at the end of an existing pier and the addition of two piles in Brown Creek at 21 Fork Point Road in the Pamlico County Community of Florence, North Carolina. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Please be advised that a building permit from the Pamlico County Inspections Department is required before construction is begun.
