Dear Mr. Keller:
We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for
a minor development permit under the Coastal area Management Act.
The proposed project, as submitted, is in ,accordance with the
enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need to contact this office before proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:
construction of a single-family residential dwelling on Lot #4
(septic repair area on lot #3) of the James Horton Division off sx 1308
on Greathouse creek and Pine 'free creek near the Pamlico County Commun-
ity of oriental, N. C.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CMIA permit is -
valid for ninety (yu) days from the date of issuance r'ollowing
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be
necessary to renew this certification.'
Please be advised that a building permit from;the Pamlico. County
Inspections Department is required before construction is begun.
