We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquire concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development periiiit under the. Coastal Area Management Act. The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for i eiiiption and will not not require a ►iiinol development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: Construction of a single-family residential dwelling at 112 Wind- mill Point Drive on the Bay River in the Pamlico County Coiymiunity of Vandemere, N. C. This certification of exemption from requiring a CA,IA permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
