we have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for
a minor_ development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act.
The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the
enclosed criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need to contact this office before proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:
construction of a single-family residential dwelling including
decks on Lot #9 of orchard Creek Estates, Section 1 off SK1317 on
orchard creek; Pamlico County, North Carolina.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAM permit is
valid for.ninety ninety (k90) days, frog► the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of., ptoaeCt and gi�cjec�t site may be
necessary to renew this certification.
Please be advised that a.building_permit from the Pamlico County
Inspections Department is required before construction is begun.
