We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of ,filing an application for
a minor development permit under.the Coastal Area Management Act.
The proposed project, -as submitted, is in accordance with the
enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor.
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need to contact this office before proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:
Construction of a single-family residential dwelling on Lot #13

This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is

inspections Department is required before construction is.begun.
