The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. - The proposed project and location is described as follows: Construction of a single-family residential dwelling including a garage, porch and deck on Lot #43 of the Dolphin Point subdivision on Sandpiper Drive on Bonito Channel in Oriental, N. C.; Pamlico County. 'Phis certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. r'ollowing expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Please be advised that a building permit from the Pamlico County' Inspections Department is -required before construction is begun.
