authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of environmental concern,
hereby gives notice that on June 16, 1984, Tale of the Whale, Inc.,
the applicant, proposed to erect a waiting room addition and deck
to an existing -restaurant located on the Nags Head causeway in Nags
Head, N. C. in an estuarine shoreline AEC.
