Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), the Town of Nags Head, a locality authorized
to issue CAMA permits in areas of environmental concern, hereby gives NOTICE
that on May 7, 1984, John C. Scatridge, the applicant, proposed to fill in
a low area -west -of toe.of frontal dune with comparable beach sand in a high
hazard flood area.
