Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), the Town of Nags Head, a locality,
authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of environmental concern,
hereby gives notice that on June 20, 1984, Hill-Fulcher Company, the
applicant, proposed to erect a duplex structure on a tract of land
fronting on SR 1243, bordered on the north side by Thomas Daniels,
et al -and on the south side by Charles Ayers, Jr., in south Nags Head
in an ocean hazard AEC..
