CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), the Town of Nags Head, a locality
authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of environmental concern,
hereby gives notice that on March 30, 1984, Dr. Sarah E. Forbes,
the applicant, proposed to erect a one-story, frame sailboat rental
building at 6804 South Croatan Highway in an estuarine shoreline AEC.
