Dear Mr. Powers.
On December 13, 1983, this office received a plat of your proposed
:residential development located at the above referenced location
in Dare County. Your application has been reviewed for CAMA Minor
development permit requirements.
Based on this review and a site investigation, it has been deter-
mined that the project can be authorized by a CAMA Minor develop—
ment permit. -You should complete the enclosed application form
and submit it to this office with the following materials:
1. A.plat showing all of the proposed structures, including
.the septic tank location.
2. A copy of the deed or.offer to purchase of the subject
property.
3.. Copies of letters mailed to the adjacent riparian property
owners notifying them of the proposed project.
4. A check written to -the Dept. of Nat. Res. and Com. Dev. (NRCD)
for:$25:to cover the cost of the required publication.
Once these materials are submitted, processing of your application
will begin immediately. If you have any questions regarding this
or any other related matter, please feel free to contact me at
my Elizabeth City office.
