On October 17, 1983, this office received a plat of your proposed

vision, in Frisco, Dare County. This office has reviewed this pro-
ject for CAMA minor development permit requirements.
Based on this .review and a site investigation, it has been determined
- that this project can be authorized by a CAMA minor development per-
mit. You should complete the enclosed application form and submit

1. A plat showing all of the.proposed structures, including
septic tank location.
2. A copy of the deed or offer to purchase of the subject pro-
