Duck is one of the, few areas on the beach where people leave their cars and walk about town. We hope to add this proposal to the town center. Our project will be orientated to the sound with a 16 ft. deck runnina the width of the shops near the water's edge. F'ntrance will be from Duck Road into a parking lot con- sisting of 24 parking spaces. The Dare County Building Inspector has been consulted as to the number of parking spaces required. The shops are divided into two groups of five on the north and five on the south. A covered walkway shields the visitor as he or she ,Makes his way toward the sound. The CAMA represent- ative has visited the site and will prepare a letter when necessary concerning land usage.
