All work will be accomplished in accordance with the attached plats and application. .2. Any work necessary to repair the bulkhead will require addi- tional authorization. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved.
