CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCOS 113A-119(b), the Town of Nags Head, a
locality authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of
environmental concern, hereby gives notice that on October
31, 1984, Perkins & Perry, the applicants, proposed to erect
a single-family dwelling at lot 8 and the west 12.5 feet of
lot 7, Camelot by the Sea subdivsiion, in a high hazard
flood area.
Persons desiring to inspect the application, to comment
thereon or to appeal the local decision are directed to
