Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), the Town of Nags Head, a
locality authorized to issue CAMP permits in areas of
environmental concern, hereby gives notice that on October
31, 1984, Perkins & Perry, the applicants, proposed to erect
a single-family dwelling at lot 9 and theeast 12.5 feet of
lot 10, Camelot by the Sea subdivision, in a high hazard
flood area.
