Deviation from these details will constitute a violation
of any permit. Any person developing in an AEC without
a CAMA permit is subject to civil, criminal and admini-
strative action.

Pursuant to TCGS 113A-119(b), the Town of Tags Head, a locality authorized
to issue CA*SA permits in areas of environmental concern, hereby gives
NOTICE that on May 18, 1984, Howard W. Cliborne, the applicant, proposed
to erect a 50' x 23' swimming pool and surrounding 68' x 72.5' decK
between proposed townhouses and the dune at The Quay Townhouses project
in an ocean hazard AEC.
Persons desiring to inspect the application, to comment thereon or to
appeal the local decision are directed to contact the local permit officer
