other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this Local Permit Officer (signature)
permit must cease until the appeal is resolved.

Riparian rights in and to those portions of the Shallowbag
Bay and.30 foot canal which abut the aforesaid bulkhead and
property are hereby conveyed.
Excepting and reserving.unto the said Grantor, his heirs
and assigns, full and free right and liberty at.all times
hereafter, in common with all other persons who may here-
after have the like right, to use said canal at all times
and for all purposes connected with the use and occupation
of.the said Grantor's other lands and houses adjoining
the same.
There is also conveyed herewith a 10 foot casement of right
of way for the purpose of access, egress and ingress to
and from U. S. 64-264 and said property herein conveyed,
to be used in comrpon by the Grantees, their heirs and.
assigns and other persons to whom rights may be.conveyed
in the same. The lands over, upon and along which said
easement is granted being located on Roanoke Island, Nags
liead Township, Dare County, North Carolina and more

Donald J. Lewis by deed of Ray Lewis dated 26 October, 1965,1
and duly recorded in Book 130, Page 178, Dare County Public
Registry,
TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel. of' land,
together with all privileges and appurtenances thereunto belong- 1
ing unto the Grantees, their heirs and assigns or successors, in
fee simple forever, but subject always to the•reservation of right
to use said canal hereinabove set out.
