at Lot 17, Section 2 of the Hatteras Colony Subdivision.

At the time of our meeting the.CAMA setback in this area
was established and it was determined that the property
in question is entirely outside of the CAMA areas of en-
vironmental concern. Therefore, if the house is construc-
ted in the area previously indicated, no permits will be
required from this office.
