Jacks Waterfront Bar @ 513 Evans Street (Jeff McCann) is requesting to install the temporary docks again for this event as they do every year. Their existing dock is at the setback line and the temporary (3@ 3' x' 21 floating) docks would be 21' in the setback. They would be required by us to remove these no later than 9/2/11.
