If the temporary dock design is the same jas it has be6n in the past then jusi attach a copy of the old permit and state that all conditions will be tIhe same. The fee for the permit is 200 dollars. The USACOE made the requirement last year that the dlocks needed to be removed becaL se of the 21' encroachment over the COE channel setback. I have contacted them again to see if you wi I be able to keep the docks in place thru the seafood festival. The amount of time the docks will b encroaching is not as long as it was last year so they may authorize it.
