We believe that the navigation path of our existing boat and docking facility will be severely impacted and impaired by the proposed construction; and 2. We question whether the riparian rights will allow for the proposed construction. These concerns have been voiced in telephone conversations today with Mr. Douglas Huggett and Mr. Brad Connell of the Division of Coastal Management in Morehead City, N.C. Accordingly, we hereby share these concerns in writing. It is our desire to amicably resolve these issues in such a way that allow our neighbors and us to enjoy the full advantages and rights as property owners . Therefore, we respectfully request to be included in the CAMA site visits and discussions related to this application and to have the privilege of sharing any additional concerns we may have at the time of such official CAMA visits.
