Dear Mr. Hill,
This memorandum is in reply to the Adjacent Riparian Property
Owner Statement I received from you on 12 July, 2011 detailing proposed
boathouse construction at 660 Goose Creek Rd.
I regret to advise you that at this time I am unable to support this
proposal and object to it as depicted in the Riparian Property Owner
Statement. I object because the riparian property line depicted on the
Riparian Property Owner Statement is not accurate.
A recent survey .(June 20fl), of the adjacent property (670 Goose
Creek), shows the current boathouse located at 660 Goose Creek infringes
ten feet into the fifteen foot CAMA required setback.
Any new construction at 660 Goose Creek Rd. should also include a
plan to address the current boathouse infringement/violation of the 15 foot
CAMA setback requirement.
As soon as a revised construction proposal addresses the CAMA
setback infringement I will happily support/endorse construction at 660
Goose Creek Rd.
