It's a beautiful spot on the water and know you will enjoy living there. We also understand you and your wife attend First United Methodist Church, as we do. Perhaps our paths will cross there as well. After looking at your drawing for the dock renovation, although you may be within the 15' set back required by CAMA, we certainly have no issue with your boat lift and walk -around, however we are opposed to the additional 10' to the existing dock and a place for an additional boat slip. We feel this will affect the view from our house, as all we will see from our perspective will be a marina. We would prefer that your boat lift be close to your dock. As you are certainly aware, the view is key to these properties. Please consider providing an alternate drawing.
