been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have no objection to Tony Bunch, 221 Pond Drive, installing a boat lift towards the
North side of his property. I agree to waive the normal set -back requirements and place it
near my existing boat lift which is close to the property line. I also agree to allow a
finger pier that would connect to the pilings on my boat lift and Tony Bunch's boat lift,
giving me access to the South side of my lift and Tony Bunch access to the north side of
the new lift.
