This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Pursuant to your instructions, I orw ed the adjacent landowners the Adjacent
Riparian Property Owners Statement. E closed are the King's Statement, and our(
Statements. My husband and I are the adjacent landowners for Lots 2 and 3 since we C �/
own both properties. �z �t
The adjacent landowners, Larry and Donna Denton, failed to acknowledge the
first mailing and I then mailed then the Adjacent Riparian Owner Notification/Waiver,;Z� . 0
Form on September 10, 1999. Enclosed is a copy my letter along with the certified return 5
receipt. The Denton's never responded to the notification even those they received the
form.

designated wetlands survey plat signed off by the Corp. a I
Please issue bulkhead and dock permits for both properties as indicated on the
Statements as well as any fill permits necessary for filling in the non -wetland areas.
