drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

I appreciate you informing me this AM the process of replacing my pier that was destroyed by
Hurricane Floyd. The attached map of my lot on the White Oak River at 165 Pleasant Nook
Road has been modified by me to indicate my existing house and the pier as it was before Floyd.
I purchased the house in 1992, received a permit to replace an existing bulkhead and construct
a pier in the spring of '94. After Bertha & Fran in '96, it was necessary to replace the house and
pier. Scott Grafton obtained the permit and replaced my pier as indicated by dimensions and
location as shown on attached map.
If you have any questions, please contact me in Wilson at 252-399-0704. I thank you for your
attention to this and look forward to receiving my permit to replace the pier in the near future.
