Dear Ted:
As I told you by phone last week, we have had a failure of about 225 feet of bulkhead in the small basin
as shown on the attached map. We need a permit t remove the old wall, dig out the basin in the area of the
failure which has filed in with material, and replace the wall slightly to the east of its present location. We will
be moving the new wall slightly into the high ground now used for our parking lot.
Also I would like to build a new slip and some floating docks adjacent to the lot where I am building my
home. I have shown the proposed layout and location on this same map.
By copy of this letter, I am giving notice of this to our adjoining neighbors and asking that they sign a
form stating that they have no objection to the two above projects..
