Mr. Milton Williams proposes to install a Bulkhead which will extend from his property line to property line as is indicated on the enclosed Riparian Property Owner Statement. In order to obtain the necessary permits to begin construction we are required to notify adjacent Riparian property owner's of pending construction plans. I would like to assure you that this will in no way involve your Fathers property and is merely a formality required by the state. Should you require further verifications of our intentions at Mr. Williams property I am sure that they will be happy to answer any questions that you may have at 919-637-9737 or you may call Nancy and Bill Hollows the neighbors on the opposite side of the Williams property at 919- 636-2826. They have already approved the Riparian Statement required by them. I would like to point out that any delay in our receiving this form back will merely needlessly delay the installation of the Bulkhead for the Smith's. I am placing extra emphasis on this point as your wife pointed out that you might need to speak with your father prior to the approval of this form and that it may be several weeks before you were able to contact him. We will need one copy of the enclosed form returned to our office in the self addressed stamped envelope included in this mailing.
