Attached are the statements of adjacent property owners, Bill Kwaak on the west, and Charles Aquadro on the east. Please notice on the drawing that we would like to widen the platform where the steps come down from the covered deck. This, and the extension of the finger pier, were requested by our field trip people to improve safety while boarding boats for programs. As I explained the other day, this grew rather suddenly out of what should have been a simple repair project. I appreciate your working with us on this matter. PIBA/ rp Enc: Sincerely, Michael B.
