This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization. Any person who proceeds with a development without the con- sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA 4 there is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the development. The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that (1) the ap- plicant has read and will abide by the conditions of this exemp- tion, and (2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent landowners certifying that they have no objections to the proposed work. The exemption he issued to you expired July 16, 1991. I visited your property on December 11, 1991 to check the staked alignment. This letter re -authorizes your proposed bulkhead for an additional ninety (90) days and thus expires on March 16, 1992. All of the original exemption requirements apply.
