bulkhead at Lot ##15 in River Reach Subdivision, River Reach Drive, on the White Oak River,
near Swansboro, Onslow County.

Dear Mr. Hinchman:
In response to your certified letter giving notice to Mr. and Mrs. Respass and Mr. and
Mrs. Della Valle, I have reviewed all of the comments provided to this office by those adjacent
riparian property owners over the course of the past ten (10) working days. I have determined
that your proposed roof -covered boat house/boat lift is yet consistent with the provisions of 15
NCAC, Subchapter 7H.1200. Therefore, construction may resume on the final aspects of that
structure as originally authorized by the referenced General Permit.
Thank you for your cooperation and your concern with our coastal permit program. If
additional questions should arise, please do not hesitate to contact me at my Morehead City
