I have no objections providing that you meet the 15'
requirement for the dock and all pilings including the Tie
Piles and that, by return of this letter to me in the stamped
envelop provided, you agree to provide the same authority to
Sara and me, i.e. for the construction of a dock on our Lot
#19 with the same conditions.
