The permit # is 40068 and is current I think until mid Sept. I have been hired to do the work. The original information was submitted by Mrs. Winchester with the help of another contractor. I did the layout and discovered that the dimensions were slightly different and that the boat lift needed to be shifted away from her neighbor Goodnight's riparian line, and be offset from other lifts etc. I measured the width of the canal and its is 80'. We are asking for'/4 or 20 feet to build the lift 17', and a small catwalk of 3' for access against the bulkhead. I wanted to get your verbal or written approval for this revision before starting.
