These Boat Lifts will be installed on existing docks that have been is place for many years, rebuilt in the year 1988. Currently, there are 28 boat slips located on the left or West side of the marina and eleven slips located on the right or East side of the marina. The seawall, grass area around the marina and the roadway are owner by Tradewinds Marina LLC. The Boat Lifts will be located at least 28 feet from the nearest private property. We will not make any change to the existing docks. The boatlifts will be set back at least 140 feet from any area of riparian access. Your prompt attention to our proposal is requested.
