I have been able to contact the immediate neighbors and have received their acknowledgement and signatures by FAX. Attached is the site plan showing the dock size and position dimensions and the responses from the owners of Lots 5 and 7 along with a check for $100.00 As I mentioned previously a permit is in process for the house on Lot 6 and we have now decided to do the pilings for the dock concurrently. I don't know if this application could be considered an addendum to the original permit and perhaps save the additional $100.00. This would be appreciated if possible. We do not want to hold up the original permit, but on the other hand would like this part to be expedited if possible to be concurrent so we can coordinate with T D Eure on the pilings for the house and the dock together.
