The Sanders Point Subdivision along with the (40) foot waterfront access area and pier are recorded in Map Book 29, Page 129, Carteret County Registry by Pate Phillips and Associates, P.A., dated May 7, 1997. We have met with the adjacent property owner of our existing pier and notified them of the repairs and modification which we are requesting approval to do and have obtained their signature below that they have no objections to the proposed work. Attached is a drawing of our existing pier and a drawing of the modifications which we would like a permit to do. We want to build (3) finger piers which will improve the safety of our boaters getting on and off of their boats and removed the old poles and install new 20 foot poles to better support the existing pier and boat slips. Your help in this matter would be appreciated.
