The letter below grants the Town's permission to you and I to construct a bulkhead across the easement. We will need to install a set of steps from the top of the wall to the shoreline just in case the easement is ever opened up in the future. There are no immediate plans or requests to open it up, but I need to treat this situation like I would any other, and I would definitely require others to make sure the bulkhead did not prevent people from getting to the water. Please call me if you have any questions or concerns. I imagine that we'll split the cost 50/50 on the wall and steps - 12.5 feet for you, and 12.5 feet for us. Frank Frank A.
