This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certifythatthis project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

RE: Description For OLDE TOWNE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC: being
all of Lots 3 through 7, "Breakwater Spit", a portion of Inlet
Drive (undeveloped) and adjacent land south of Lot 7, and a
portion of Fort Macon Drive (undeveloped):
Lying and being on Radio island, Carteret County, NC and being
bounded on the west by Morgan street and Morgan creek, on the
north by NCSR (North Carolina secondary road 1205 (also known
as "Old US Highway 70" and "old Causeway Road"), on the east by
Fort Macon Drive and adjacent lands, on the south by Morgan
Creek and adjacent lands and being described as follows:
Beginning at an existing iron stake, the northeast corner of Lot
7, "Breakwater Spit" and the northwest corner of Fort Macon Drive
(undeveloped) where it intersects with the southern R/W (right -of
-way) of NCSR 1205 and being the point of beginning;
Thence from said point of beginning and with the western R/W of
Fort Macon Drive, S 01A00'00'E, 138.70' to an existing iron stake;
thence with said western R/W extended S 01A00'00"E, 124.57' to a
point; thence S 25A56'53"E, 117.93' to a point in the eastern R/W
of Fort Macon Drive extended; thence with said R/W extended
S 01A00'00"E, 49.92' to a eo-int; thence s 61A20'50"w, 11.41' to
a point; thence S 8OA17'47W, 15.50' to a point in the edge of
Morgan creek; thence with the edge of Morgan creek N 12A51'23"w,
272.34' to a point; thence N 66A18'03"W, 53.89' to a point, the
southwest corner of Lot 7, "Breakwater Spit"; thence S 89A00'00"W,
225.00' to an existing iron pipe, the southwest corner of Lot 3,
"Breakwater Spit" and in the eastern R/w of Morgan Street; thence
