NCDOT is requesting and GP 23 be issued to replace two structurally failing pipes located on SR 1347 (Holiday Island Road). The existing pipes are two 48' x 72" and the proposed pipes are two 54' x 103" x 71". Included with this letter are the permit drawings, adjacent landowner cards, and MP-1 and MP-5 forms, and location map for the replacement of the pipes.
