Dear Mr. Terry:
Please find attached your copy of the survey map from our meeting on September 23, 1999. I
have made a copy for the permit file. Based on your phone messages from last week, the
location of the new pier will be on Lot #1. Once the adjacent riparian property owners have
agreed and signed for the proposed pier, please contact this office to establish the riparian
property lines and obtain the required permit. Mr. Charles Pigott, the field representative that
covers that portion of Carteret County, is now back in the office and doing some field work. I
have forwarded your file to him. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
