With regard to my application for a major permit to construct two docks on my
property located at 190 Goose Creek Loop Road, the following information is submitted:
I. Two Waivers ofRiparian Rights signed by neighboringproperty
owners are enclosed.
2. The docks to be built will include a 14' x 22' dock at the end of
the property and a 4' x 24' dock along the northern side of the
man-made lagoon. A diagram of the docks is attached.
3. The contractor indicates he will be able to dump the dirt
removed from the lagoon on my existing property.
