Bulkhead: The bulkhead will start at the east line and end
at the west line.
The materials will be vinyl sheet pile in 8' sheets. It
will have 5' in the ground and 3' exposed. It will be
capped with a 14" x 14" concrete cap.
The tiebacks will be concrete pilings (61) with 3/4"
rods, located every 10' along the bulkhead.
The area behind the wall will be back filled with sand.
There is an existing boat ramp that is in need of repair.
The ramp is going to be abandoned and blocked with the new
bulkhead.

Located on Taylors Creek
DOCK:`I'he dock will be 80' long from bulkheading to end. It
will terminate at the southernmost pilings of the east
(TCBB) and west adjacent Vroperties.
The first 50' will be a fixed dock with wood decking and
pilings. The width will be 6' set on 8' spans.
The next 22' will be a Florida Floating Type construction.
The "L" on the end will be 50' X 8'.It will be the Florida
Floating Type construction.
There will be two boat lifts set on the "I,". ##1 will be on
the inside of the "L". ##2 will be on the east side of the
floating dock. There will not be any pilings south of the
L l'
The pilings on the east side will be 17' from the -riparian
sideline and the dock on the west side will be 34' from
the riparian sideline.
