It will have 5' in the ground and 3' exposed. It will be capped with a 14" x 14" concrete cap. The tiebacks will be concrete pilings (61) with 3/4" rods, located every 10' along the bulkhead. The area behind the wall will be back filled with sand. There is an existing boat ramp that is in need of repair.
