We would request that you sign and date it at the bottom, as our adjacent landowner, and return it to us as soon as possible. Several of our neighbors and we are in the process of contracting to have the sea wall strengthened with a rock facing, and to have some of the lost backfill replaced. The contractor's name is Bobby Cahoon and his phone numbers are: Home (252) 249-1151; Office (252)638- 9166; and Celular (252)690-0099, should you wish to contact him. He expects to be able to commence work in about 3 weeks. As you know from our previous letter, your property has lost most of its seawall, and a certain amount of frontage has washed away. Should you want to have your river front taken care of while Mr. Cahoon has equipment on site you should contact him immediately. We look forward to hearing from you. We can be reached by phone at (252) 249-0384 or through e-mail at spieg@always-online.com. Sincerely, Pamlico County Building Inspections P.O.
