As we discussed when I called you the other day, my client, Mr. Steve Robinson has signed a
contract to purchase the lot next to yo at 104 Shoreline Drive. It is Mr. Robinson's intention to
build a home on the property and to rebuild the pier that has been destroyed.
Please indicate by your signature below that you have no opposition to his building a pier ap-
proximately the same length as those currently in the neighborhood, with the understanding that
it will be no closer than 15 feet to your property line and will in no way hinder your access to
your property.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. I have enclosed a stamped self-addressed envelope
for your convenience and prompt attention to this request.
